The pump body is made of cast iron, the casing is cast aluminium and the impeller is plastic moulded. The high-quality bipolar, asynchronous motor does not require overload protection. It has three speeds, regulated by a special switch mounted on the terminal box, which allows to adjust the pump operation to the characteristics of the system. The device complies with European standards EN 60335-1 and EN 60335-2-51.

Therefore, FERRO’s product portfolio also includes such models - these are energyefficient, electronic circulation pumps of the latest GPA II generation for heating and solar systems. The GPA II pumps comply with ErP, RoHS, EMC and LVD directives. Depending on the operating mode, the GPA II electronic pumps have two to five times less power requirements compared to manual pumps with the same lifting height. An equally important advantage is the function of automatic adaptation of the pump to the system in which it is installed, which means that it adjusts its efficiency, torque and energy consumption in such a way as to optimize the correct operation of the system. In addition, these devices are equipped with a potentiometer with which we can smoothly control the lifting height of the pump and its capacity.
