Ball valve angular DN20 with half union and filter
The angled ball valve with filter, butterfly handle and union connection GW-GZ is a compact control element for water and water/glycol installations. Designed in DN15 with a Kv of 4.3 m³/h, it works well in domestic systems where stable flow and reliable shut-off are required.
The integrated stainless steel mesh filter made of AISI 304 captures fine particles in the medium, protecting connected devices. The red butterfly handle under the valve body gives precise flow control even in tight spaces, while the stuffing box design supports safe operation at working pressure up to 10 bar and temperature up to 100°C. The body made of high-grade CW617N – 4MS brass and brass ball with PTFE seals resist wear and corrosion, and the nickel-free finish meets stricter water contact requirements. PTFE stem seals limit leakage risk, and the flat EPDM gasket at the connection ensures tightness without additional sealing materials. The angled design with rotating union nut simplifies mounting and later disassembly of appliances, so the valve suits both new builds and upgrades.
