As part of its commitment to quality - one of the company’s top priorities - and in response to the high expectations of customers, FERRO S.A. offers a service program.

The “Service” program covers bathroom and kitchen faucets as well as shower panels and guarantees a quick response from the FERRO S.A. service network.

Complaints can be submitted through the most convenient method:

  • By email
  • By post to the company’s address
  • Through the retail or wholesale point of sale where the product was purchased

FERRO S.A. provides a warranty for its products. Detailed warranty conditions and coverage periods are specified in the warranty cards supplied with or made available for FERRO S.A. products.

In the event of a product malfunction, a complaint can be submitted:

by the wholesaler / retailer / customer, including: customer address, contact phone number, product code, and a copy of the proof of purchase (invoice/receipt).
