A shower area without a traditional shower tray? Yes! You gain a comfortable solution and an interesting, modern visual effect. Walk-in shower enclosures - i.e. without a shower tray and with an outlet in the floor - are becoming increasingly popular in both spacious bathrooms and bathrooms with a small footprint. They are popular because they do not interfere with the much-prized spaciousness and remain virtually invisible.

In the example arrangement, the trendy shower area is defined by large, square, dark tiles on the floor. These have been contrasted with light tiled walls and a transparent sheet of glass. A modern mixer with an interesting design shines in chrome. On the floor, right next to the wall, on the narrow strip separating the floor tiles from the wall tiles, a super slim pro linear drain was installed. Made of stainless steel, it visually blends in with the floor. When showering, it feels as if the water disappears into the floor. No drain grates are visible from the outside; underfoot, the surface is completely smooth. The capacity of this drain model is 48 litres per minute. A waterproofing collar seals the structure and thus protects the room from flooding. The siphon integrated in the inspection hole and the inspection plug for easy access to the siphon make cleaning or servicing the unit easy and convenient.
