To help customers find the product that best suits their needs, they have been divided into three lines with different characteristics— F-Comfort (standard), F-Power (with enhanced performance), and Herkules (for specialized applications).

Valves from all three FERRO lines are made of high-quality CW617N – 4MS brass with reduced nickel and lead content and are certified for use in drinking water systems. F-Comfort Valves – The Standard for Typical Installations

The F-Comfort line consists of valves for typical domestic water and central heating systems operating under normal conditions. Their parameters are suitable for standard applications where there is no need to install components with increased durability.

F-Comfort valves are designed for systems where the working medium is water. Their maximum operating temperature is 100°C, and the nominal pressure is 20 bar (2.0 MPa).

This is the most popular solution for apartments and single-family homes—proven, high-quality products for typical projects where system operating conditions do not require elevated temperature and pressure parameters. The ideal choice wherever predictable performance and reasonable cost are key.

F-Power Valves – Higher Performance and Wider Application

F-Power is an intermediate segment between the F-Comfort standard and valves from the Herkules line. They are designed for systems where the medium is water, a glycol solution (up to 50%), or compressed air. The operating temperature range is from -30°C to 120°C, and the nominal pressure is 30 bar (3.0 MPa). An additional advantage is the full-bore design.

F-Power valves are a solution designed for systems requiring higher pressures and flow rates, such as risers in multi-family buildings, large boiler rooms, or systems exposed to freezing (refrigeration systems, solar installations, and heat pumps). Thanks to their enhanced performance and compatibility with various media, they ensure the reliability of systems operating under more demanding conditions.

Herkules – Valves for Special Tasks

The Herkules line consists of valves for the most demanding systems. Compared to F-Comfort and F-Power, they have the highest operating parameters: a nominal pressure of 40 bar (4.0 MPa) and a maximum operating temperature of 140°C. Enhanced durability is ensured by a reinforced body design and an increased number of thread turns. Herkules valves offer full flow and can operate with water, glycol solution (up to 50%), and compressed air.

Herkules is not simply a “stronger” version of a standard valve. It is a solution designed for systems where the highest performance parameters and a greater safety margin are critical, such as installations in technical and industrial facilities or in locations with heightened safety requirements.
