Description of the arrangement

An unobvious combination of shapes and colours can produce a delightful effect. The designers of this functional modular bathroom juxtaposed white and pastel shades of green and turquoise with the distinctive rectangular shapes of the tiles and fittings. The result is an interior that is subtle and soothing, yet full of energy. Cosy, but with character.

The irregular shape of the room was used to separate the space for the WC and the area with the rectangular turquoise countertop washbasin and the large, square frameless mirror hanging above it. The bathroom space was used very economically, with the shower placed, as it were, in the passageway between the washbasin and the toilet. Arranging the shower area without a shower enclosure or shower tray not only saves space, but also allows complete freedom of movement. A suitably shaped floor and wall-mounted linear drain ensure effective drainage of used water. The fittings installed in the bathroom have been stylistically matched to the geometric forms of the tiles, mirror and washbasin. The chrome-coated Algeo Square mixers - wall-mounted shower and floor-standing basin mixers - are distinguished by the strong, rectangular shape of the regulator handle, while the Squerto sliding shower set has been fitted with a square shower head and rectangular spray handle. Even small fittings such as the toilet paper holder and the double towel rail have been perfectly matched to the style of the interior. On the other hand, the light wood-coloured accessories and the blue glass ornaments enhance the cosy effect.
