Expansion vessel for central heating, 400 l, standing
The product is a floor-standing expansion vessel designed for closed central heating systems. It stabilises pressure in the installation and protects key components of the heating system during everyday operation.
The pre-pressurised air chamber set to 1.5 bar supports correct system balance and helps answer typical questions about the right expansion vessel pressure in heating installations. A working temperature range from -10°C to +100°C and a maximum operating pressure of 8 bar suit most domestic and small commercial central heating systems.
The deep-drawn steel tank offers high mechanical strength, while the replaceable EPDM membrane separates water from the air chamber and extends service life, as only the membrane needs replacement during maintenance. The standing design integrates well with boiler rooms where stable positioning and easy access to connections are important.
The red RAL 3000 finish makes the expansion vessel easy to identify among other installation components, and the robust construction supports long-term, reliable operation of the central heating system.
