HERKULES
The HERKULES nut-and-male ball valve with union and butterfly handle is a robust component for water, compressed air and glycol installations. The full-bore design supports high flow, while the compact DN 25 size with 1" connection fits standard domestic and light industrial systems.
The reinforced brass body made of CW617N works reliably at pressures up to 40 bar and temperatures up to 140°C, so the valve performs well even in demanding operating conditions. Nickel-free internal surfaces protect the medium from contact with nickel, an important aspect for sensitive applications and long-term system hygiene.
The brass ball with PTFE seals and double PTFE stem sealing reduces the risk of leakage and prevents the valve from seizing during operation. The nut-and-male connection with union simplifies installation and later maintenance, as the valve can be disconnected without disturbing the entire pipeline.
The ergonomic butterfly handle enables precise flow control even in tight spaces, while the durable construction of the HERKULES ball valve supports long service life of the installation. It is a solid choice wherever reliability, safe operation and easy servicing of the system matter.
