The nut–nut ball valve with lever from the F-POWER collection with an integrated air vent and cap is a robust component for professional water, glycol and compressed air installations. The full-bore design and flow class A support high flow rates, so the valve works well both in domestic systems and more demanding technical applications.
The DN32 valve with G1 1/4" connections reaches a Kvs of 45.08 m³/h, which suits larger pipe diameters and stable medium circulation. An adjustable gland and PTFE seals on the ball and stem contribute to tight shut-off and smooth operation, while the built-in air vent simplifies system deaeration during start-up and service.
The body and ball are made of CW617N-4MS brass with reduced lead and nickel content, and all wetted surfaces are nickel free, an important aspect for installations with heightened hygiene requirements. Advanced Body Technology and multi-stage quality control enhance durability under working pressure up to 16 bar and temperatures up to 120°C. The nut–nut connection speeds up assembly in existing pipework.
