The nut-to-nut ball valve with lever from the F-COMFORT collection is a robust component for water installations, designed for precise shut-off and control in domestic systems. With a nominal diameter DN 25 and 1" connections, it fits standard pipework in both new and modernised installations.
The valve reaches a Kvs of 24.48 m³/h, so it handles high flow rates in main water lines. Operation at pressures up to 20 bar and temperatures up to 100°C suits demanding hot and cold water applications. The integrated gland enables reliable stem sealing, while the lever handle offers quick, intuitive operation during maintenance or emergency shut-off.
The body and ball are made of CW617N-4MS brass with reduced lead and nickel content, resistant to corrosion in contact with water. Nickel free technology keeps all wetted surfaces free from nickel, an advantage in drinking water systems. PTFE seals on the ball and stem support smooth movement and long service life. Nut-to-nut connections simplify installation and disassembly in tight spaces.
Advanced Body Technology, interchangeable bands for marking hot/cold or supply/return lines, and informative tags under the handle enhance daily use and service work, while the Gold Medal of the 2020 Installation Fair confirms the premium quality of this installation valve.
