The nut-to-nut ball valve with lever from the F-COMFORT collection is a robust installation component for water systems, designed for precise shut-off and control in domestic and commercial applications.
The DN 40 valve with 1 1/2" connections and flow coefficient Kvs 54.77 m³/h handles high water volumes, supporting efficient water distribution. Operating pressure up to 20 bar and working temperature up to 100°C suits demanding central heating and potable water installations, while the integrated gland ensures reliable stem sealing over time.
The body and ball are made of CW617N-4MS brass with reduced lead and nickel content, resistant to corrosion and suitable for drinking water. Nickel free internal surfaces protect the medium, and PTFE seals on the ball and stem contribute to smooth operation. The nut-to-nut connection simplifies assembly and disassembly during service, and the lever handle offers intuitive flow control.
Developed with Advanced Body Technology and awarded the Gold Medal at the Installation 2020 fair, this F-COMFORT ball valve combines durability, safety, and installer-friendly design, supported by interchangeable marking bands and informative hang tags for clear identification in any professional water installation.
