HERKULES
The HERKULES nut–male ball valve with butterfly handle is a robust component for demanding water, glycol and compressed air installations. The full-bore design supports high flow, while the compact DN 25 size with 1" connection fits standard domestic and light industrial systems.
The reinforced body made of CW617N brass stands out for mechanical strength and resistance to corrosion, and the brass ball with PTFE seals keeps operation smooth over time. A double PTFE stem sealing system reduces the risk of seizing, even under intensive use. The valve works at nominal pressure up to 40 bar and at temperatures up to 140°C, so it copes well with more challenging operating conditions.
The nut–male connection simplifies assembly and disassembly during service, and the butterfly handle enables precise flow control even in tight spaces. Nickel-free internal surfaces support safer contact with the medium, an important aspect in modern plumbing installations.
