HERKULES
The HERKULES nut–male ball valve with butterfly handle is a robust component for water, compressed air and glycol installations, designed for reliable shut-off in domestic and technical systems. The compact DN 15 size with 1/2" connection integrates easily into standard pipework.
A full-bore design supports high flow with minimal pressure loss, while flow class A suits efficient operation in demanding installations. The reinforced body with a long threaded section enhances mechanical strength, and the gland packing enables precise stem tightening for secure, repeatable operation.
The CW617N brass body and brass ball resist corrosion in contact with water and glycol mixtures up to 50%, and the valve works safely up to 40 bar and 140°C. Nickel-free wetted surfaces support applications where contact with drinking water is required. Double PTFE sealing on the stem and PTFE ball seats reduce the risk of blockage and contribute to smooth actuation over time.
The butterfly handle offers convenient grip even in confined spaces, while the nut–male connection simplifies assembly in existing installations. The HERKULES ball valve is a dependable choice wherever durability, operating safety and stable performance of the installation are a priority.
